“Rachelle was a wonderful asset helping us make design decisions for a remodel of our downstairs kitchen, half-bath and living/dining space. Our place is very small- about 320 usable sq ft for the common living areas downstairs- and Rachelle was great in helping us to pick out colors and materials that came together to make a calm, beautiful, eco space. Sometimes she helped us make decisions between things we had already sussed out on our own, and sometimes she presented new ideas that we wouldn't have thought of on our own. Plus, working with Rachelle was really enjoyable. She helped us relax and enjoy the process, so that we could find confidence in our choices (some of which were a bit unusual, like using seconds tile on the bathroom floor and kitchen backsplash). After talking with two other designers, I appreciated that she's not a "fussy" designer. She gets that real life happens inside the space you're creating, especially with two small kids. We love the space she helped us create and we loved working with Rachelle. We have worked with her on multiple projects over the course of more than a dozen years, and will keep calling her back.”

“Rachelle was a pleasure to work with. We remodeled the kitchen and two bathrooms. Rachelle helped us choose tile, paint, finishes and fixtures for all three rooms, plus helped us choose paint colors for the interior of the whole house and helped with some of the furnishings. We had to make decisions very quickly, and Rachelle made the time to respond to questions that need quick answers. She was easy to get a hold of and very responsive via email, phone, and text. Most importantly, she has a great eye for color. We have gotten many compliments on the paint colors and the tile we chose. Rachelle knows how to use different colors and textures in a way that I wouldn't have been able to come up with all on my own. Working with our contractor was sometimes very frustrating, but Rachelle was always there to provide support (emotionally and practically).

“Rachelle helped us with remodeling of our kitchen, bathroom, and various other home improvements. She assisted with all aspects of the job, from identifying the best improvements to make, developing designs and picking out appliances and finishes, coordinating with our contractor, and generally managing the project to keep it on track. 

She was fantastic. During her initial consultation, she adeptly asked questions so she could understand what we liked and what was important to us. She then began making suggestions and providing a range of options, giving us a number of good choices for things like shower tile, flooring, paint color, etc. She was very responsive when we needed her, and was great at helping us make decisions at the right times. We ended up with a renovated home that we absolutely love!
